Two blooms to reflect upon

As if having heard my pitiful moaning yesterday, and in spite of the continually inclement weather, a bellflower and a mini rose have appeared and are certainly brightening my day. Watching this rose bloom for the first time since I received it last year, I've decided I want more. Two large questions stand in my way: where will I put them, and where can I get them? Only Morden roses are truly hardy enough for the nastiness of zone 2b (or 3a, depending on the literature); I wonder if they can only be found in Morden, Manitoba? Since my garden shopping is primarily limited to the big-box hardware stores that rhyme with Nona and Nome Depot, I'm clueless about the more regional offerings of places like Schreimer's.
